Method

Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with coconut oil or non-stick spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, Power Food, and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, egg, almond milk, and vanilla.

Mix wet and dry ingredients until fully combined. Do not overmix.

Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
