Method

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease lightly.

In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, and vanilla.

Stir in oats, almond flour, Power Food, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.

Gently fold in chocolate chips or blueberries if using.
