Method

In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, and Power Food.

Stir in nut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.

Fold in chocolate chips or raisins (and chia seeds if using).

Mix until a sticky dough forms.

Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands.

Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
