Method
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in carrots, sweet potato, turmeric, and cumin. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Add leafy greens and cook for 2–3 more minutes until wilted.
Turn off heat. Let the soup cool slightly, then stir in lemon juice and Power Cleanser.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
