Method

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, celery, and carrots. Sauté for 3–4 minutes.

Add zucchini, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat vegetables.

Pour in broth and bring to a gentle boil. Lower heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes until veggies are tender.

Turn off heat. Let soup cool slightly, then blend with an immersion blender or standard blender until smooth.

Stir in lemon juice and Power Green powder. Mix well to combine.

Serve warm. Top with fresh herbs if desired.
