Method

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season chicken with olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, and salt.

Toss vegetables in olive oil, a pinch of salt, and Power Green.

Place chicken and veggies on a lined baking tray.

Bake for 25 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through.

Once cooked, slice chicken, plate with roasted veggies, and squeeze fresh lemon juice over top.
