This easy overnight oats recipe with Roots Nutrition Power Food protein powder delivers a perfect, high-protein breakfast to fuel your mornings.

Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats

1 scoop Roots Nutrition Power Food

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

¼ cup fresh berries (optional topping)

Directions
Step 1: In a mason jar or container, combine rolled oats, Power Food, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
Step 2: Pour in the almond milk and stir well until everything is fully mixed.
