Simple 7 Day Challenge Basic Program

Been using it since 2014 and it has been a big part of my health regimen.

A product was missing from my order recently received and I’ve reached 3x times via email and the contact form on the website to no response back.

The 7 day challenge worked for me, a few pounds were lost, however the most important to me was the cravings, I noticed a HUGE difference in that!!! I will be purchasing from ROOTS again!

Came with very little instructions as far as allowed or not allowed food/drinks. Reached out with questions and received no response. Followed smoothie, salad, raw veggies and low carb and only lost 5 pounds. Disappointed.

I highly recommend using this if you are having any bathroom issues! Definitely cleans you out, helps with bloating and I have noticed my energy increasing after 4 days of use! If you follow the program, I lose 1-2 pounds A DAY!!
